Our in-person services are charged at a flat hourly rate of $110/hour (including GST and packing supplies). Minimum session time of 2 hours applies.

Q & A

If you choose to sell items from the home, Rachel from our team, who has a background in working with sales of collectibles, will separate and/or catalogue saleable items. We can then organise for those items to be taken to an auction house or sold to a specialist dealer.

For items that can be donated, we make sure they go to the “right place”. For example, usable food goes to a Street Pantry, old blankets go to the RSPCA, and we will use specialist charities for items such as musical instruments.

We can give a ballpark quote of what similar jobs have cost in the past. Our pricing is fixed at $110/hour per person, including GST and packing supplies. We simply invoice weekly for the hours worked each week.

Where we are helping you meet a real estate deadline, we can help to turn around the home in 2-3 weeks. Where it is a more sensitive situation, we can work with you as needed over a longer timeframe.

We can help sell or sort items as required. We simply charge our hourly rate for any of the work that you would like us to do. Whether you want us to sort one cupboard or a garage packed to the rafters!

We always set aside boxes of personal papers and other items as appropriate for family to decide upon.
